Returns + Exchanges

Our Promise

At Ryals Outfitters, we want every customer to love their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange under the guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags.
Receipt Required: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Final Sale Items: Sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Online Orders

If you placed your order online:

Email us at ryalsoutfitters@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, mail your item to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased in-store may be returned directly to our boutique during normal business hours. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund after reviewing the issue.

Lost or Missing Packages

Ryals Outfitters is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
To help protect your purchase, we offer shipping protection through Route at checkout. Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages so you can shop with peace of mind.

If you purchased Route protection, you can file a claim directly through Route’s website for a quick resolution.
